Reverse osmosis systems for medium and high production designed for the production of low salinity water by removing much of the impurities and improving the quality of water for use in applications for drinking water, service water, and water from industrial processes as pharmaceutical, food, etc.

Systems constructed with materials and high quality components with a compact and robust design in steel frame of painted carbon.

Production of osmosis systems Serie C+ ranges from 8000 l/h to 28000 l h for brackish waters with salinity less than or equal to 2000 ppm.

Includes 5 micron pre-filter, feeding automatic pneumatic valve made of cast shaft and butterfly valve made of stainless steel, and automatic flushing with 316 stainless steel pneumatic valve, minimum pressure switch, high pressure switch, 316L SS vertical high pressure multi-commanded by VSD, 8” membrane of latest technology with high salt rejection, GRP membrane housing 3 flowmeters (rejection, recirculation and permeate), glycerin manometer, high pressure pipe made of stainless steel and low pressure pipe made of PVC 316 s, electric and control box with PLC UNITRONICS and conductivity. It incorporates automatic flushing with osmotic water. 60% conversion to 75%, depending on the model and feed water analysis.

CIP cleaning system, and other options available depending on customer needs.

All osmosis systems series C+ require a pretreatment and/or appropriate post treatment depending on the source and quality of water to be treated and the final application of the treated water.
