The SAT Department has an official network of technical services covering almost the entire national territory. We receive your SAT request form and we start to offer the best service in the shortest possible time.
Go to the shop or distributor where you bought the equipment with the purchase invoice. There they will take the necessary steps to resolve the incident.
The warranty applies to the Spanish territory for a period of 3 years after purchase of the product by the consumer for products covered by R.D.L. 7/2021 and a period of 1 year for the rest of the products. Products purchased after 1 January 2022 will be covered by a 3-year warranty.
The warranty applies to the territory of the European Union for a period of 2 years after purchase of the product by the consumer for products covered by the EU directive 2019/771 and a period of 1 year for all other products. Products purchased before 1 January 2022 have a 2-year warranty.

Once we receive the form, we manage the necessary action to solve the incident.
