If your equipment is under warranty

Go to the shop or distributor where you bought the equipment with the purchase invoice. There they will take the necessary steps to resolve the incident.

The warranty applies to the Spanish territory for a period of 3 years after purchase of the product by the consumer for products covered by R.D.L. 7/2021 and a period of 1 year for the rest of the products. Products purchased after 1 January 2022 will be covered by a 3-year warranty.
The warranty applies to the territory of the European Union for a period of 2 years after purchase of the product by the consumer for products covered by the EU directive 2019/771 and a period of 1 year for all other products. Products purchased before 1 January 2022 have a 2-year warranty.

If your equipment is NOT under warranty

Follow the procedure explained below:

1º – Download the form

2º – Fill in the data online.

The form is a pdf that can be filled in online, you do not need to print it out to fill it in.

3º – Send an email to contec@hidro-water.com and attach the completed form.

Once we receive the form, we manage the necessary action to solve the incident.
