GUARANTEE FOR NEW PRODUCTS

Hidro-Water, S.L.U., offers a guarantee in the event of non-conformity of the goods marketed for repair or replacement and when the price reduction or termination of the contract is justified, under the terms established by law.

The warranty includes the costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity, the costs of shipping, transport, labour or materials.

The warranty does not include goods that suffer wear and tear due to their use, incorrect installation, use different from the defined use, use that does not comply with the technical specifications, repair or modification of the goods by personnel outside Hidro-Water S.L.U. or non-authorised technical services.

For the application of the guarantee, you must contact the seller of the goods, indicate the lack of conformity of the goods and present a sales document, invoice or ticket indicating the product.

The guarantee is managed by the VENDOR who must fill in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) or SAT (Technical Assistance Request) form, which is provided when the non-conformity is reported.

The warranty applies to the Spanish territory for a period of 3 years after purchase of the product by the consumer (products purchased after 31/12/2021) for products covered by R.D.L. 7/2021 and a period of 2 years for the rest of the products.

The warranty applies to the territory of the European Union for a period of 2 years after purchase of the product by the consumer for products covered by the EU directive 2019/771 and a period of 1 year for all other products.

The warranty for repaired or replaced goods shall be 1 year for products purchased after 31/12/2021 and 6 months for products purchased before 1/1/2022.

SAT (Technical Assistance Service) Guarantee

Hidro-Water, S.L.U., offers a 6-month guarantee against non-conformity of the repairs carried out to goods.

The warranty includes the costs necessary to bring the repairs carried out into conformity, the costs of shipping, transport, labour or materials.

The warranty does not include goods that suffer wear and tear due to their use, incorrect installation, use different from the defined use, use that does not comply with the technical specifications, repair or modification of the goods by personnel outside Hidro-Water S.L.U. or non-authorised technical services.

For the application of the warranty you have to contact the SAT (Technical Assistance Service) that repaired the good, indicate the lack of conformity of the good and present the repair document, invoice or ticket where the product is indicated.

The warranty is managed by the SAT that repaired the good, by filling in the SAT form, which is provided at the time of the communication of the non-conformity.
