Production of osmosis Series DC ranges from 2500 l/h to 83000 l h with less than 2000 ppm of TDS. For higher flows and salinities, consult our technical department.
Includes roughing filtration through filter bed, chemical conditioning, 5 micron multi-cartridge filter made of 316 stainless steel, feeding with automatic pneumatic valve constructed in cast shaft and butterfly valve made of stainless steel, minimum pressure switch, high pressure switch, multi-celular high vertical pump constructed in 316 stainless steel and commanded by soft starter or variable speed depending on the model, 8” membrane of latest technology with high salt rejection, GRP membrane housing, 3 flowmeters (rejection, recirculation and permeate), glycerin manometer, 316 SS regulation valves, high pressure pipe made of stainless steel and low pressure pipe made of PVC, electrical power and control box with PLC SIEMENS and conductivity. It incorporates automatic washing system with RO water and CIP cleaning system in stages. Conversion of 50% to 75%, depending on the model and function of the input water analysis.
Osmosis systems Series CC are available in three different versions or models; ST, LS and LX depending on the degree of automation.
Depending on the final application of a suitable post-treatment the treated water may be necessary.
