System is constructed with materials and components of high quality. Fully installed equipment inside of shipping 20´ and 40´ container for easy transport, installation and commissioning.
Production of system series SW container ranges from 1500 l/h to 43.000 l/h with TDS less than 36.000 ppm and 18ºC temperature. For higher flows and salinities, consult our technical department.
Includes 25 micron multi-cartridge filter or media filter depending on model or version, 5 micron multi-cartridge filter, automatic valve type pneumatic made of PVC, minimum pressure switch, high pressure switch, pressure transmitter, high pressure pump commanded by VSD, 8” seawater membrane with high salt rejection, GRP membrane housing, two flowmeters (rejection and permeate), glycerin manometer, control valves, high pressure pipe made of 904 stainless pipe and low pressure pipe made in PVC, electrical power and control box with PLC SIEMENS and conductivity meter. It incorporates automatic flushing with osmostic water and CIP cleaning system. Incorporates energy recovery system depending on model and/or version. Conversion from 25% to 45%, depending on the model and water analysis of the inlet water.
All osmosis systems series SW container require a pretreatment and/or appropriate post treatment depending on the origin and quality of water to be treated and the final application of the treated water.
