Up-flow softeners are composed of a vertical pressure vessel, monosphere resin, valve manifold, regeneration system and electrical panel with PLC; constructed with materials and components of high quality and manufactured under the concepts of ease of delivery, installation and commissioning.
The resin used is uniform grain size and tailored specifically to the water treatment process for applications producing higher quality water with lower consumption of reagents.
The system is ready for automatic operation working up-flow, this means that the direction of flow of reagents is opposite to the water to be treated and generally occurs from the bottom to the top. The great advantage of this system is its low consumption of reagents and water.
They are made in different configurations: SIMPLE, DUPLEX parallel, DUPLEX alternating, TRIPLEX parallel, TRIPLEX alternating and from 275- 4000 liters of resin.
