Description:
Equipment installed at a hotel in downtown Valencia for the reclamation of graywater. It consists of a tank for receiving contaminated water, a graywater recycling unit, and a storage tank for treated water, including a system to pump the reclaimed water to its point of use with UV disinfection.
The installation of the GW-4 system involves reusing water from showers, bathtubs, and sinks to refill toilet tanks. As a result, the customer achieves significant water savings while minimizing their water and energy footprints, thereby responding to the growing awareness of this resource.
