Description:

• GRP filter tanks with internal liner in high density PE.
• PVC coil PN10.
• Ductile cast iron valves with AISI316 stainless steel stem and butterfly and EPDM elastomer.
• Double acting pneumatic valves with 5/2 way Namur solenoid valves.
• Inlet/outlet manometer with sample sampling
• Pressure transmitter inlet/outlet
• Includes top suction cup and manual drain valve.
• Maximum allowable pressure: 10 bar
• Maximum operating temperature: 40ºC
• Stainless steel battery support structure.
• Electric panel with PLC for automatic operation. Washing by time and pressure difference
• Atlas Copco 2hp compressor included.
• Filler material: Calcite (granulated calcium carbonate).
• Flow rate: 35-40 m³/h with peak flow rate 60 m³/h.

• Washing 1+1. One bottle is washed with the filtered water from the other. It avoids deposits and additional pumping, and the supply is interrupted during washing. Filtration is carried out in parallel.
