Description:

Pretreatment:

  • 1 tap water pre-chlorination system.
  • 2 systems of roughing filtration by bed filter (1 per line).
  • 2 dechlorination systems with coconut shell activated carbon (1 per line).
  • 2 antiscalant dosing systems (1 per line).
  • 2 bisulphite dosing systems (1 per line).
  • 2 acid dosing systems (1 per line).
  • 2 Microfiltration systems (1 per line).

Osmosis:

  • 2 racks of 8″ membranes distributed in two stages of 146 m3/d each rack. (1 per line)
  • 2 Chemical displacement and cleaning equipment with resistance (1 per line).
  • 2 Proportional mixing systems through valves with Burkert positioner. (1 per line)

Instrumentation:

  • Danfoss pressure transmitters.
  • Indicators – Burkert flow transmitters.
  • Sensor the pH Burkert.
  • Sensor Redox Burkert.
  • Burkert temperature sensors.
  • Burkert Conductivity Sensors

Variable speed drive for high pressure pumps

  • SIEMENS variable speed drives with Profinet Bus
