Description:
Osmosis
- Microfiltration system consisting of 2 HFV220 filters with 20-inch 5-micron HF cartridges.
- 37 kW GRUNDFOS CRN high-pressure pump controlled by a Danfoss variable-speed drive.
- 49 8-inch osmosis membranes.
- 3,000-liter flushing/CIP tank.
- Pressures measured by pressure gauges and pressure transmitters.
- 2 flow transmitters for measuring permeate and reject flow rates.
- Permeate water conductivity meter.
- Raw water pH meter.
- Raw water redox meter.
- Control panel with a SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC and a KTP700 display.
- Frame made of 304 stainless steel.
- PVC PN16 outlet manifold.
- 316 Sch10 stainless steel inlet manifold.
