Scope: Design, manufacture, implementation and interconnection of equipment in the workshop, supply and commissioning.
Capacity: 5 m3/h
Final application of water: Water for industrial use – supply to boilers.
Source of water: Mains water.
Description: The treatment plant is equipped with:
- Turbidex 30″ roughing filter with Clack valve mounted on independent stainless steel structure.
- Chemical conditioning with 200l tanks + retention and dosing pumps in 1+1R configuration.
- Reverse osmosis plant 5000 l/h with automatic flushing system, high pressure pumps in 1+1R configuration, variable speed drive and Siemens PLC. All mounted on stainless steel structure.
- Osmosis water storage tank 3000L.
- Double pressure group with vertical centrifugal pumps, electric panel with speed variator and hydro-pneumatic accumulator.
- Automatic duplex water softener with Clack valve for hardness polishing of treated water.
This equipment was installed according to the measurements indicated by the customer in our workshop. The interconnection of the equipment has been carried out in our facilities and the interconnection sections have been supplied to the customer.
