Description:
Ultrafiltration system with motorized valves designed to produce 6.25 m³/h of low-turbidity water. The system does not use pneumatic actuators; instead, the entire plant is controlled by electrically actuated valves.
Feed Pumping:
- Horizontal centrifugal pump controlled by a variable-speed drive
Pretreatment:
- CINTROPUR-type mechanical filtration
Ultrafiltration:
- 2 hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membranes to produce 6.25 m³/h
- Dual membrane cleaning system consisting of:
- Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing System
- Sodium Hydroxide Dosing System
- Acid dosing system
- Horizontal centrifugal pump controlled by a variable-speed drive
- 120-liter polyethylene tank with a spill containment tray
Control and Regulation:
- Motorized Process Control Valves
- Pressure and Flow Measurement and Control System
- Digital flow meter for regulating production
- KINCO PLC controllers with an HMI display in an electrical cabinet.
