Description:

Ultrafiltration system with motorized valves designed to produce 6.25 m³/h of low-turbidity water. The system does not use pneumatic actuators; instead, the entire plant is controlled by electrically actuated valves.

Feed Pumping:

  • Horizontal centrifugal pump controlled by a variable-speed drive

Pretreatment:

  • CINTROPUR-type mechanical filtration

Ultrafiltration:

  • 2 hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membranes to produce 6.25 m³/h
  • Dual membrane cleaning system consisting of:
    • Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing System
    • Sodium Hydroxide Dosing System
    • Acid dosing system
    • Horizontal centrifugal pump controlled by a variable-speed drive
    • 120-liter polyethylene tank with a spill containment tray

Control and Regulation:

  • Motorized Process Control Valves
  • Pressure and Flow Measurement and Control System
  • Digital flow meter for regulating production
  • KINCO PLC controllers with an HMI display in an electrical cabinet.
