Transportable MBR reactor with submerged membranes consisting of an outer tank which are installed from 1 to 5 cassettes membrane, maintaining a certain distance between them. The MBR-K by a number of flat membrane modules placed within cassettes and submerged in direct contact with the activated sludge, provides reclaimed water for reuse in compliance with new regulations RD 1620/2007 laying down the rules for reuse of treated water and ensuring a high quality and retention of viruses and bacteria. Water from biological reactor recirculates to the reactor MBR-K where take place the solid/liquid separation. The MBR-K has an overflow system where is returned to the biological reactor part of the biomass supplied to the MBR-K, allowing the elimination of possible floats. The system is equipped with individual covers for each cassette, facilitating maintenance operations. The average production of the different models ranges from 48 m3/day to 240 m3/day in urban wastewater and surfaces from 120 to 600m2.
