Softeners by floating bed consist of a vertical pressure vessel, monosphere resin, valve manifold, regeneration system and electrical panel with PLC; constructed with materials and components of high quality components manufactured under the concepts of ease of delivery, installation and commissioning.
The resin used is uniform grain size and tailored specifically to the water treatment process and application for producing higher quality water with lower consumption of regenerating.
The system is ready for automatic operation system working as a down-flow the treatment flow is ascending and regeneration flows descending.
They are made in different configurations: SIMPLE, DUPLEX parallel, DUPLEX alternating, TRIPLEX parallel, TRIPLEX in alternating and from 275 to 4000 liters of resin.
