Hidro-Water, a leading company in water treatment solutions, celebrates a new success story in the implementation of a high-performance reverse osmosis system designed to obtain ultra-pure water from tap water. This recently completed project has rigorously met the highest standards, achieving an infinitesimal electrical conductivity of less than 1 µS/cm for critical applications requiring ultrapure water.

Complete technological solution

The installed system has a production capacity of 200 litres per hour and has been designed with a comprehensive architecture that ensures consistent and reliable quality of the treated water. The configuration includes:

Pretratamiento multietapa, compuesto por:
- Cintropur roughing filtration
- Declorinator
- Water softener
Reverse Osmosis RO-B140-MP, equipped with:
- Automatic flushing system
- Control PLC,
Post-treatment, designed to achieve the highest degree of purity:
- Manual mixed bed
- Ultraviolet disinfection system
